"Looking for a video maker to create still image videos with slow panning (some call it the Ken Burns effect). There will be between 5-9 images along with words (caption of the narration). Thematic music will need to be added. No animation needed. We can start with 1 and go from there. It will be an ongoing project so if it works, we will keep moving forward.
The videos need to be 90-120 seconds. Static AI images (or historical public domain photos) will work panned in and out. I don't really care about your experience as long as you can get this done. We will start with 1 and go from there.
I will provide the script (s). The videos will have to have thematic music and narration. Looking to get this done as soon as possible).
