I am looking for a partner.
What I have to bring to the table?
Superior design chops a completely new marketing campaign that has never been used before but has been in the planning for four years and will be launched in 1/1/2019
I am offering an 70/30 split between myself and the partner.
The web development would need to be done on spec. I would be handling the US marketing and sales and we would be doing design you would be doing the web development.
I would take a 20% deposit from our clients, which I would pay you as soon as the work is completed as well as your remaining 50% of your share, I would be keeping 20% of the profits for myself.
If we have a successful working relationship I would be willing to distribute the downpayment right away. But at first in order to account for the liabilities that as partners we would have it would need to be under these terms.
My liability is that if a job is not completed on time or at all it would destroy the business name. And of course at first your liability could be that you were not paid for work completed.
Obviously if either one of us or both of us experienced those liabilities, it's not likely that we would put ourselves in that position again.
There are no guarantees of success in life but if both parties act in a virtuous manner and marketing that has been four years in the planning is successful we will be very fortunate.
